1. Return Period

You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

2. Eligible Items

Most regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale items, final sale items, and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@kachaa.in with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: intimate apparel, personalized items, items marked as final sale, and items worn or damaged after delivery.
